I’ve ridden close to 100 miles since I received my trike in September. The bike is very well built and very comfortable to ride. I gave up a very expensive mountain bike due to back issues and knees. I saw this trike and read up on it and decided to try it out. It’s everything I wanted. Now that being said the only issues I’ve had happened today. On a fully charged battery the trike suddenly stopped responding and of course right in the middle of a hill LOL. I restarted the battery and all was fine. I guess just a computer glitch. The chain is noisy in the chain tube but I think the design of this area will always make some noise. Has no effect on performance. The digital display is ok but hard to read in the sun, there may be an adjustment for this. Also I question the accuracy of the display as it doesn’t agree with my phone gps info. I’m looking into this. I am 78 and thought my riding days were over but, this bike put me back on the road. I love it.

Received the trike in an undamaged box. Assembly was very straightforward, found the packaging excellent. I got the two battery model, but there was no explanation on how the dual battery system opperates. Called the "factory" and they explain they are indpependent of each other. Charges independently..... Very pleased with the performance and quality of construction

Fun to ride. Appears well made. Assembly was pretty easy. Gets me off the couch and outside for some needed exercise. The passenger seat is a bonus. I took my time learning how to negotiate turns. No local e-bike dealer nearby so kind of on my own for maintenance. So far, I’m glad I bought it.
